These handcrafted microwavable heat packs are freezer and microwave safe. They are long enough to wrap around your neck or leg. You can use it on any part of your body to help soothe aches and pains!
 
Made with 100% cotton material and rice for the filler. Sent as assorted colors and patterns.
 
How to use:
Place heat pack in microwave for 1 - 1.5 minute on high to help with muscles aches, pains, and cramps.
 
Place in freezer for a few hours to help relieve inflammation, pain, and headaches.
 
WARNING: Test your heat pack before using to make sure not to burn your skin. Use a thin towel or blanket between your skin and the pack.
NEVER LEAVE children or pets unattended with them. Not for use for pets, babies, and toddlers!
